Thank you for choosing the membership auto-renewal service provided by SportArc (the “Service”). The Service is provided by Rongchang District Sijin Software Development Studio (“SportArc,” “we,” or “us”) based on your membership subscription needs. Before enabling the Service, please carefully read these SportArc Membership Auto-Renewal Service Rules (the “Rules”). By checking the consent box or actually using the Service, you acknowledge that you and SportArc have reached an agreement and that you voluntarily agree to be bound by these Rules.
Key Points of the Auto-Renewal Service:
Open the Settings app on your device → tap your Apple Account name → Subscriptions → select SportArc membership → Cancel Subscription. You may also manage subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.
1. The Service is an ancillary feature of SportArc membership services, intended to provide you with an uninterrupted membership experience and avoid interruption of benefits due to forgetting to renew.
2. Applying to activate the Service means that you irrevocably authorize SportArc, through Apple Inc., to deduct the subscription fee for the next billing period from your Apple Account when your membership is about to expire, usually within 24 hours before expiration.
3. You are responsible for ensuring that your Apple Account has a valid payment method or sufficient available balance. If deduction fails due to insufficient balance or account abnormalities, SportArc has the right to suspend or terminate your membership service, and any resulting interruption of benefits shall be borne by you.
Once billing is successful, your membership validity period will be automatically extended by one billing period, monthly or yearly, on top of the existing term. The Apple App Store subscription record will serve as proof of successful billing.
SportArc has the right to adjust membership subscription prices according to business development. If the price changes when your subscription is renewed automatically, the then-current effective price will apply, or your consent will be obtained before billing, as specifically governed by the relevant policies of Apple App Store.
According to Apple’s subscription rules, the billing instruction is usually initiated within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Please pay attention to the status of your account funds and payment method.
You may choose to enable or disable the Service at your own discretion. If you decide not to continue using the membership service, please cancel the subscription through the cancellation path described above in Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the current subscription period expires.
If you do not cancel your subscription within the required time, namely 24 hours before expiration, you will be deemed to have agreed to continue using the Service, and Apple’s billing instruction will remain valid. Except as required by applicable law or Apple’s applicable refund policy, once the fee for the next billing period has been successfully charged, that fee is generally non-refundable, and your membership service will continue until the end of the next billing period.
The Service remains valid until you voluntarily cancel it or your membership is terminated. Any billing instruction that you have entrusted SportArc, through Apple, to make before you choose to terminate the Service remains valid. Except as required by applicable law or Apple’s applicable refund policy, SportArc will not refund fees deducted based on such instruction.
If a breach occurs during the use of the Service, both parties shall bear corresponding responsibilities in accordance with the SportArc Membership Service Agreement and applicable laws and regulations.
The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of these Rules shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. In the event of any dispute, both parties shall seek to resolve it through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the People’s Court of Rongchang District, Chongqing Municipality for litigation.
