Thank you for choosing to use the membership services of the SportArc App (the “Service”). This SportArc Membership Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and SportArc regarding your use of the Service. Please read it carefully. Provisions that may materially affect your rights and interests, including provisions on limitation of SportArc’s liability, restrictions on your rights, dispute resolution, and auto-renewal rules, are specially highlighted in bold. Please pay particular attention to them. By purchasing or using the Service, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.
If you are under the age of 18, please read this Agreement together with your legal guardian. A minor’s use of the Service will be deemed to have been consented to and acknowledged by the guardian.
(1) The contracting parties to this Agreement are you and Rongchang District Sijin Software Development Studio (the operator of SportArc).
(2) By accepting this Agreement, you voluntarily agree to comply with the service rules issued by SportArc. These rules include, but are not limited to, the SportArc Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and activity rules, usage guides, announcements, notices, and other rules updated or published by SportArc from time to time.
1. Service Statement: SportArc hereby undertakes that activation of the membership services will not affect your normal use of the App’s existing free features, and the quality of the free services will not be reduced as a result.
2. Definition: “Membership services” means the exclusive privilege services obtained by users after paying the applicable fees according to the pricing standards published by SportArc.
3. Service Adjustments: We may add different types of membership services or optimize and adjust existing benefits based on business development needs. The specific membership types and benefit details are subject to what is displayed on the service page in real time. You may freely decide whether to purchase based on your own needs.
(1) The Service is a paid service. You must pay the fee shown on the relevant page before you can enjoy the membership benefits.
(2) SportArc has the right to adjust the pricing standards and payment methods according to its operational strategy and will publish such information on the relevant page. We recommend that you carefully confirm the currently effective pricing information before purchase. Once you complete payment, you are deemed to have accepted the pricing standard then in effect.
(3) You acknowledge and agree that the Service only supports payment through Apple App Store In-App Purchase.
(4) Special Notice: Membership services are digital virtual goods and are provided on a “pay first, use later” basis. The membership fee is the price of the product corresponding to the Service you purchase, not a prepayment or deposit. Except as mandatorily required by laws and regulations or otherwise agreed in this Agreement, once membership services are activated, they may not be transferred or refunded. If you do not accept the Service content, you may choose to stop renewing or stop using it.
The formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If any dispute arises between you and SportArc, both parties shall first seek to resolve it through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the People’s Court of Rongchang District, Chongqing Municipality for litigation.
