How do I upload a video for analysis?
On the “Record” tab, choose the feature you want to use. On that feature page, tap “Choose Video,” select a table tennis video from your album, and the system will analyze it automatically.
How long does Match Review take?
Analysis time depends on video length, device performance, and other factors. A 20-minute video usually takes about 5 to 6 minutes to analyze. You can leave the page during analysis, but please do not quit the app. You will receive a notification when it is complete.
How long does Auto Cut take?

Which video formats are supported?
Most common video formats are supported. For better analysis results, we recommend using videos with a resolution of at least 1080p.
Can I export videos after analysis?
After Auto Cut or Match Review finishes analyzing, tap “Export” to save the video to your album.
How do I view activities?
Plus members can go to “You” > “Activities” to view analysis results from different time periods.

- Elbow Angle (Elbow)
- Measures the degree of arm flexion. A smaller angle indicates greater arm flexion, while a larger angle indicates a straighter arm.
- Upper Arm–Trunk Elevation Angle (Arm–Trunk)
- Reflects how high the upper arm is raised relative to the trunk. A larger angle indicates that the upper arm is raised higher, while a smaller angle indicates that it is closer to the body.
- Shoulder–Arm Abduction Angle (Arm Abd.)
- Measures the degree of upper-arm abduction relative to the shoulder line. A smaller angle indicates that the arm is closer to the body’s midline, while a larger angle indicates that the arm is opened farther outward.
- Shoulder Girdle Rotation Angle (Shoulder Rot.)
- Reflects the range of shoulder rotation during the stroke. Positive values indicate forward shoulder rotation, or follow-through, while negative values indicate backward shoulder rotation, or backswing.
- Hip Joint Angle (Hip)
- Measures the degree of hip-joint flexion. A smaller angle indicates a more flexed body position, while a larger angle indicates a more upright body position.
- Pelvic/Hip Rotation Angle (Hip Rot.)
- Reflects the range of pelvic or hip-segment rotation during the stroke. Positive values indicate forward hip rotation for leg-drive power generation, while negative values indicate backward hip rotation for backswing loading.
- Knee Angle (Knee)
- Measures the degree of knee flexion. A smaller angle indicates a deeper squat, while a larger angle indicates a straighter leg.
- Trunk Forward Lean Angle (Forward Lean)
- Measures the forward–backward inclination of the upper body. Positive values indicate forward lean, while negative values indicate backward lean, reflecting body posture during the stroke.
- Trunk Lateral Lean Angle (Lateral Lean)
- Measures the left–right inclination of the upper body. Positive values indicate leaning to the right, while negative values indicate leaning to the left, reflecting body balance during the stroke.
- Trunk Torsion Angle (Trunk Twist)
- Reflects the degree of shoulder rotation relative to the hips. Negative values indicate shoulder–hip separation for loading during the backswing, while positive values indicate rotational release during the follow-through.
- Center of Mass Height (COM Height)
- Measures the height ratio of the whole-body center of mass relative to leg length. A lower value indicates a lower center of mass, or a deeper squat, while a higher value indicates a higher center of mass, or a more upright body position.
- Kinetic Chain (KC)
- Records the timepoints and peak velocities at which the hip, shoulder, and forearm successively reach maximum speed. An ideal kinetic chain shows a bottom-to-top and proximal-to-distal sequence of transfer, reflecting explosive power and coordinated force generation across body segments. Note: Kinetic-chain statistics are available only for forehand topspin/backspin strokes.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find the SportArc subscription, and cancel it. You can keep using Plus features until the current billing period ends.

Subscription payments are handled by Apple. For a refund, contact Apple Support or submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I edit my profile?
Go to “You” and tap the profile card to edit your personal information.
How do I sign out?
Go to “You” > “Settings”, scroll to the bottom, then tap “Log Out”.
How do I delete my account?
Go to “You” > “Settings”, scroll to the bottom, then tap “Delete Account”. Account data cannot be restored after deletion, so please proceed carefully.
How do I recover my data?
Sign in with the same Apple account to automatically sync all your data and activities.
